Recycled Fabric Art

Too many good item of clothing and other textiles are thrown out and end up in landfills. I try to give fabric a second life, whether with new functionality or as one-of-a-kind wearable and functional art.

I primarily source my fabric from second hand stores. Sometimes an item just needs some dye and embellishment to give it new life, but other items need more love and are deconstructed and rebuilt as new items, usually tote bags or bowl cozies.

If you see something you like that is the wrong size, or something that is close but not exactly what you want, please feel free to contact me about commissioning a unique item that you will love.

I love to hike and photograph the beauty of nature, especially the smaller things that most people walk by without noticing.

Mushrooms grow in a stunning variety of colors and shapes. Many people find mushrooms frightening, and I hope to highlight their diversity and unique nature by creating blank greeting cards that you can share with your friends and family.

I also photograph flowers, butterflies, bees, trees, and anything else that catches my eye. I'm always on the lookout for interesting colors, textures, and unusual perspectives.

The images shown on this website are available as photo greeting cards - but you can request an enlarged print if something catches your eye!
